This app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. It is designed to provide a 100% safe, offline, and creative environment for children to explore art and coloring.
Parents and Guardians: By allowing your child to use this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Coloring Kid: Magic Paint does not collect, store, or share any personal information. Our app is strictly built to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR standards.
All coloring templates, characters, and assets within the app are owned by the developer. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the app's content for commercial purposes without prior permission.
Any artwork created within the app is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to these files, and no creative content is transmitted to our servers.
To ensure absolute privacy for children, this app does not use any third-party analytics (like Firebase), crash reporting tools, or advertising SDKs. Your child's usage remains entirely private and anonymous.
To ensure child safety, any essential external links (such as support or privacy policy) are protected by a Parental Gate (a math challenge) to prevent unauthorized access by children.
The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of the app. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for this app.
