Welcome to Pulse. By downloading or using the Pulse mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Pulse is a habit-tracking and productivity tool. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.

2. App Functionality and Data

Pulse stores your personal habit logs and streaks locally on your device. We do not run our own database for user profiles. Because of this:

• If you delete the App or lose your device, your local data may be permanently lost.
• We are not responsible for the recovery of your local habit records.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security measures of the App or the third-party services (Firebase) we use.

4. Intellectual Property

All UI designs, animations, logos (including the pulse and orbiting dot visual concepts), and code within the App are the exclusive property of Duong Nguyen. You may not copy or replicate them without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or continuous availability of the App. Using the App is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Duong Nguyen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
